This is an original Victorian trade card from "Wait Bros." dealers in watches and silver ware, on Swift's Block in Ravenna, Ohio. It has a portrait of a man and is labeled "Hendricks". 

The back is blank.

It measures 2.5 x 4.25 inches and is in good condition, a tiny bit of the lower left corner is missing, and it has a little wear to the lower edge.
