Includes appraiser's appointment Register's official embossed stamp, and McClean and Leeper's appraisal. There is no real estate, but instead a list of goods and chattels which includes: buggy, beadstead [bedstead], wash stand, card table, rocking chair, cooking stove, black mare, old carpet, bureau, wardrobe, clock, silver spoons and teaspoons, queensware, glass candlesticks.

The full page measures about 16 x 12 inches. Usual folds, paper is sturdy, about 2 inches of dampstain at one edge with a little fading there. No musty smell.
