Two pages, page 3 measuring about 16x12 inches and page 4 measuring about 8 x 12 inches. Usual folds, paper is sturdy, dampstain with a little fading to parts, some discoloration, most of page 4 has dampstain. Handwriting is difficult to read, particularly on page 4. NO musty smell.
